Ace Mollywood director Lal Jose has started working for his maiden Tamil movie with the title 'Mazhai Vara Poguthu'. The film is to be produced by Cool Productions which is famous for films like 'Pidichirukku' and 'Magesh Saranya Mattrum Palar'.

The launch of the film was held in Chennai last week.

Lal Jose is expected to start shooting by the first week of December. The director was trying for the dates of Dhanush, but couldn't make it. And so two fresh faces Anandaswamy and Reema will don the lead roles. The movie will be scripted by James Albert. However Nelai Jayantha will work on the dialogues.

'Mazhai Vara Poguthu' will be an intense love story set in a village that is affected by water scarcity. Vidyasagar has been appointed the music director and the film is expected to be shot in Theni.
